About Us

 Before becoming a United States Citizen, Irma Arguelles gained her early education experience as a licensed teacher for 24 years in her home country of Cuba. In 2002, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education, followed by a Master’s of Science in Education in 2011. Upon relocating with her family to Florida in 2017, she became employed as a Montessori teacher at Brilliant Minds Montessori in Sanford, Florida; a position she held for 7 years.  Irma is certified in CPR and First Aid. She earned her Staff Credential from the Florida Department of Children and Families and is certified by the Florida Early Care and Education Professional Development Registry. Irma is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families to operate a childcare center in her home.
